This magnificent modern property has sea on three sides, has half a kilometre of rocky coastline, and
is 50 metres from sandy beaches. It is situated on Anglesey's western coastline in the UK, five miles
from Holyhead - actually on Holy Island, which is connected to the mainland by two bridges.

Approach from the road is by a 600 metre private drive. A second drive gives access
to beaches just 50 metres from the gate. Most rooms have dramatic views, as the Point faces out to the Irish Sea across 100 metres of heather and rock. The southern windows give a panoramic view of Snowdonia in clear weather. The Point is a first-class base for sailing, water-skiing, diving, canoeing, golf, riding, walking, birdwatching, relaxing on the beach, or just taking it easy with a book while the children play "pirates" in the caves.

Accommodation comprises of:-
Four bedrooms: sleeping a maximum of eight plus cot. One double (king-size) bedroom with en-suite facilities and TV. One bedroom with king-size double bed plus a single bed. Two twin bedrooms with hand-basins. Bed linen is provided: there are duvets on all the beds, and some blankets are available if required. Bathrooms: One en-suite, one separate and two further separate toilets.
Dining kitchen: Spacious with sea views. Fully fitted with electric cooker (ceramic/halogen hob), microwave, dishwasher, blender, and large fridge.
Drawing room: Panoramic views over the Irish Sea and the Anglesey coastline. Very spacious with comfortable furnishings. SKY TV and DVD recorder. Large stone and slate fireplace with Baxi grate for log or coal fire. Laundry room: Automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and 4 cu. ft. freezer.

13 acres of grounds with sea and cliffs on three sides. The cliffs could be dangerous to young children, but the nearest are 60m away from the house, and there is plenty of safe play area kept mown. A small secluded beach with a cave is 100m from the house, in the garden. Two larger beaches are 50m from the beach gate, with the main Rhoscolyn Beach 300m further on.

The bungalow has full central heating and an open fire in the drawing room. Cot & High-chair available.

Prices from £795 to £1825 per week for up to eight people, inclusive of fuel and power.
Pets are welcome free - see bookings conditions.There is a (metered) telephone available
for the use of guests. The Point operates a "No smoking indoors" policy.
