The villa is fully air-conditioned. Both the villa and the heated
swimming pool are in excellent condition.

The lounge, dining room area and breakfast nook are very spacious with all the home
comforts including cable TV which includes soccor and golf channels, video, stereo CD, tape player, books,
games, videos, etc.Furnished to high standard, with those little extras that make it home-from-home.The villa has WI FI access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a split-level cooker and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, etc and all the crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils needed. The utility room is equipped with a large washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size bed and accessories has its own en suite
bathroom and telephone. Of the further 2 bedrooms one has a queen-size bed
and the other has two twin beds.

There is a second bathroom and shower to accommodate these bedrooms. We provide
all the bed linen, towels, etc required during your stay.

In the pool area, there is a large heated swimming pool built May/June 1998, sun loungers and cushions. There is also a table and chairs seating six and a gas barbecue.

Our villa is located off the main interstate route known as the (175) exit 207 (previously called exit 38), in the community of Lake Sarasota which is a quiet residential area.

Sarasota is a wonderful place for a vacation, should a serene walk by the bay at sunrise,
a game of golf on one of the 40 beautiful courses, or a spot of shopping in one of
the superb malls be your ideal, this is the place for you.

Sarasota's soft white-sand beaches are its main attraction, Siesta, the area's most
popular beach, has repeatedly captured first prize in the "whitest and finest sand in the
world" contest. Shopping and dining are also a treat in Sarasota from the charming
St Armunds Circle, to the colourful "beachy" Siesta village, to downtown Sarasota's trendy bistros. There is something for everyone and prices to suit.

Our villa provides an ideal base for your holiday, even the Disney attractions are less than a 2-hour drive away. Busch Gardens 1 hour. Naples 1¹/₂ hours. Siesta Beach 15 minutes. Venice Beach 20 minutes.

£450 per week (longer periods negotiable).
£100 deposit per week (non refundable on cancellation).
Balance payable 6 weeks prior to rental dates.
