Kingfisher Lodge Exmouth

Kingfisher Lodge was built in 1902 and oozes charm and character. Situated on the A376, the main
road into Exmouth, we are ideally placed to explore the delights of Exmouth, East Devon and beyond. The
atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and guests are made to feel at home. We have plenty of off road parking.

We are a family run bed and breakfast and we endeavour to make sure your stay with us is an enjoyable one. We are happy to arrange transport to and from Exmouth Train Station by prior arrangement.

We have two double rooms and one twin room.

All rooms are en-suite, with freeview, hostess tray, central heating, all day access. WiFi is available. All our rooms are Non-Smoking

Double Room One can be used in conjunction with the Twin room to make a self
contained family room - Please ask for details. En-suite double is located on
the ground floor

Double room two is an ensuite room located on the ground floor. Known as the
'Garden Room', it overlooks the garden and fish pond.

Twin room is an en-suite room located on the first floor, overlooking the garden.

Sorry but no pets allowed.

Rates from £30.00 per person per night - half price for children under the age of 12.

Breakfast is served between 7am and 9am (or earlier by arrangement) in our conservatory overlooking the garden. We offer a full English breakfast consisting of:-
A selection of breakfast cereals, Orange or Apple Juice.
Bacon, sausage, tomato, mushrooms, baked beans and either fried or scrambled eggs.
Toast together with a selection of jam and marmalade.
Vegetarians and special diets catered for.
