Located in the picturesque village of Dersingham, close to Royal Sandringham and the unspoilt coastline of Norfolk, Holkham Cottage is ideal for touring West Norfolk with its many attractions.


The area offers glorious walks, bird watching, a wealth of historic houses, cycling, horse riding and country pursuits. Located just 5 miles from the seaside town of Hunstanton and the market town of King's Lynn.


Holkham Cottage is a family run business in a large detached Edwardian family
house with off-road parking. It comprises of Double, twin and single rooms,
all en-suite. It is furnished to a high standard and rooms are well equipped
including colour television and tea & coffee making facilities. The
accommodation is wheel chair friendly with one ground floor Bedroom.
Guests are able to use the large private garden area which has BBQ facilities.
Evening meals can be provided by arrangement.


We can provide help with planning your holiday by booking horse riding, golf or cycle hire and by providing maps for walking or cycling.
