High Grange Cottages and Farmhouse - Exelby, Bedale, North Yorkshire

Large comfortable Farmhouse and cosy home from home accommodation is offered in our 6
spacious holiday cottages. Set around an attractive garden courtyard, the cottages have been sympathetically
converted from the traditional farm buildings. They are equipped and furnished to a high standard making a homely
atmosphere in which to relax at any time of year.

Newly installed Wii Fii is now available.

Spend some time with family and friends. We can accommodate up to 36 people at any one time and the farmhouse with its large enclosed garden is an ideal place for a family occasion. We welcome one friendly dog by arrangement (2 in Farmhouse).

We are situated in open countryside approximately 1/2 mile (10/15 minutes walk) from Exelby village and a little bit further to Burneston village. Both have a good pub with restaurants and outside seating. Village shop and post office at Burneston and Leeming. The market town of Bedale is 2 miles away, with a good range of shops, pubs, cafes, takeaways and a leisure centre with swimming pool. Bedale is the gateway to Wensleydale with its attractive countryside and market towns of Leyburn, Middleham, Bainbridge and Hawes. High Grange is an ideal base for touring North Yorkshire, either by car on foot or bicycle. Centrally situated between the two National Parks and with easy access to the A1. Travel west into the Yorkshire Dales or travel east to the North Yorks Moors and coast.

This very spacious four bed farmhouse has its own private enclosed garden looking across the fields. Ideal for family
groups and reunions , this well equipped accommodation provides a relaxing holiday home and perfect venue and
meeting place for any occasion. From £750 - £850 per week.

Ploughmans Cottage - sleeps 2
Single storey cottage comprising of one bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bath with shower over.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Lounge with dining area, TV, freeview and DVD.
Patio doors open onto private garden area. From £220 - £350 per week.

Daleview Cottage - sleeps 4
Single storey cottage with long distance views across Wensleydale, comprising of one bedroom with
double bed and one bedroom with twin beds. Bathroom with bath and shower over. Fully fitted kitchen,

Farriers Cottage - sleeps 4

Granary Cottage - sleeps 8

Millers Cottage - sleeps 5
This light and airy upside down cottage stands away from the other properties and comprises of - Ground Floor:
One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with three single beds. Newly reburbished bathroom, bath with shower over.
First Floor: Large lounge with widescreen TV, freeview and DVD, well equipped dining kitchen including
dishwasher and washing machine.From £320 - £480 per week
