We, Steve and Sigrid give you a very warm welcome into our cosy 10 bedroomed B&B. All our rooms are en-suite and most of them have sea-view. We pride ourselves on the Glenwaldens high quality of cleanliness. It is only a 10 minute walk into the town to get to all the attractions, including the Wintergarden, alternatively you can take the tram from right outside the hotel. We are also very close to the Hilton. Here at the Glenwalden Hotel we offer a lounge bar where you can enjoy a relaxed, friendly drink and also a sun lounge which has excellent sea views. The quality of the Glenwalden is recognised with the Blackpool Quality Plus award.
Bedrooms
Our non- smoking bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have spacious en-suites
with shower, toilet, wash basin and razor points. We have Family, Twins and Double
rooms available, also a Deluxe with a super kingsize bed and superb views.
There are colour TV's with freeview and remote controls, hairdryers, bedside lights,
hospitality trays and controllable heating in all the rooms. All windows are
double glazed and most have sea-views.
Wireless Broadband is available at no extra cost.
Dining Room
Our luxurious licensed non-smoking dining room has separate tables,
where we offer a choice of menu.
Residents at the Glenwalden can enjoy excellent home cooking. A full English
Breakfast is served with a choice of branded named cereals, fruit juice, and a
full cooked breakfast. Tea or Coffee is also served. Evening meals are optional with
a choice of menus to suit all tastes. Separate children's menu is also available.
Wines and bottle beers are available with an evening meal
Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 9.30am.
Dinner is served at 5.00pm and 6.00pm
Lounge / Bar
Here at the Glenwalden we offer a spacious style lounge bar where you can
enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Our bar makes the ideal place to relax
after a day sampling the delights of Blackpool. Relax in our comfortable elevated,
non-smoking 24ft sun lounge with outside balcony and superb views of the
Promenade and Irish Sea.
Tariff
