This grade 2 listed Georgian manor farmhouse on the edge of a small village in the heart of Lincolnshire
offers a warm welcome to visitors. Our aim is very simple, to spoil our guests,
and we have a wonderful setting to do it in.

We have one double and one twin bedroom available for guests located in their own wing of the house
discrete from the family accommodation. The double room has an en-suite bathroom and the twin an en-suite shower room. The rooms are well proportioned and fully equipped with furniture and soft furnishings appropriate to the ambience of the house. Both our rooms have televisions, radio alarms, hairdryers and a kettle to take advantage of the wide choice of hot drinks on the hospitality tray. There is access to an iron and the use of a trouser press if needed. This is a family oriented home and an additional child's bed or cots can be provided.

Our guests can choose from an extensive breakfast menu with traditional English and continental choices. We can also cater for specialist diets and the fads of children given a little bit of notice. Evening meals are available by prior agreement, either arranged before arrival or with 24 hours notice for guests staying more than one night. We do not guarantee that meals will be available for any specific evening and guests should note that evening meals are never provided on Sundays. There is no fixed menu but guests will be offered options from locally sourced, seasonal, produce. For guests with infants and very young children we will always provide access to facilities to prepare their food. The standard charge for an evening meal is £15.00.

We are not licensed to sell alcohol but glasses will be available for guests who wish to provide their own drinks.

Digby Manor is a family home and consequently there can be few things a visitor may need that cannot
be found somewhere.

A baby sitting service is offered but must be agreed in advance.

The standard tariff for a double or twin room is £60.00 or £40.00 for a single occupancy.
A child's bed can be provided in a room for an additional £15.00 per night. Infant cots, if required, are free.
A discount of 10% is offered for short breaks of 3 to 5 nights.

These are standard rates throughout the year and we never increase prices for peak periods or special occasions. Rates for additional services such as baby sitting, evening meals or packed lunches are negotiated separately for each individual booking.
