Welcome to Lower Damgate Farm - Award Winning, 4 star holiday accommodation. We have four self catering adjoining holiday cottages for rent, sleeping 5, 7, 8 and 9 or a combination of up to 29.

Our Holiday Cottages are located in beautiful, peaceful countryside, situated between the magnificent rivers of Dovedale and the Manifold valley, with many pleasant walks direct from cottages.

Reuben's Roost stands near the entrance to the farm and an ancient 200 year old sycamore tree.
It has views overlooking the beautiful open countryside providing a good view of the dry stone
walls which snake up the hills which form such a powerful image common across
Derbyshire's countryside. There are also views to the only neighbour, a farm about 200
yards away. It has three bedrooms, a galleried sitting room, large bathroom and shower
room; comfortably accommodating 7/8 people and a cot. Prices from £390 to £660 per week.

Bremen's Barn is perhaps most unusual in the fact that it is largely upside-down!
The living area, kitchen and dining areas are upstairs, along with bedroom 4. The
remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor
comfortably accommodating up to 9 people. Prices from £520 - £880 per week.

Hope's Hideaway is situated about 75 yards from the main 16th century farm house
and gardens. Beyond the farmhouse and only about 300 yards away, you can see
the hills of Hall Dale (owned by the National Trust) which lead down to the River
Dove and Dovedale. Hope's Hideaway, like Bremen's Barn is basically upside down.
The living area, kitchen and dining areas are upstairs, along with bedroom 4.

accommodating 8 people and a cot. Prices from £520 - £880 per week.

Purdy's Place Recently improved this character grade 2 listed cottage on three floors,
provides quality accommodation, with a similar style and character to the
three other Lower Damgate Barns which are all at this location.
