Built in 1992 around three sides of a paved courtyard at the rear of owners former farmhouse
and stables, set in 3 acres, the single storey cottages are double glazed, of brick construction,
incorporating materials from the original Stables and Cider Mill.

Just off London Road (A40) on edge of Charlton Kings with attractive countryside to sides and rear, about 3 miles from Cheltenham Spa Town, with its elegant buildings, shops and varied attractions for Music, Art and Sports enthusiasts. Well placed for visiting many typical Cotswold Villages and small towns including Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh, Bourton-on-the-Water, Broadway, Cirencester, as well as touring further a field with Gloucester 10 miles, Ross-on-Wye 25 miles, Bath 45 miles, Stratford-on-Avon 30 miles. With the 'Cotswold Way' accessible at several points nearby and a vast network of footpaths in surrounding hills and countryside, walkers and nature lovers are particularly well served.

3 Paddock Cottage and Beehive Cottage. Open plan Lounge with Dining and Kitchen area. Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. 1 Double Bedroom and second Bedroom with 3ft Bunk beds or 1 single bed or twin beds in Beehive Cottage.
