The Airlie Guest House is a popular and well established
Bed and Breakfast situated in the Newington area of Edinburgh.

We offer comfortable accommodation at competitive rates in our family friendly B&B. This Edinburgh bed and breakfast is part of a Georgian Terrace only 1 mile from Princes Street. We are on an excellent bus route with buses passing the Guest House every few minutes. For those Guests who have a car we have a large private car park at the rear of the property. We also offer Internet access and WiFi at the Guest House.

We have a variety of bedrooms which include single, twin/double/small family en-suite, standard double and large family en-suite.
Most of the rooms have their own en-suite shower and toilet and all rooms have their own
wash basin, digital colour television with freeview, tea / coffee making facilities, adjustable
central heating and secondary glazing.

We also have a payphone for Guests' use. Our most recent additions to the services we provide is a Wireless hotspot so you can use your laptop while you are staying with us.

We have a large private Car Park at the rear of the Guest House which takes the worry (and potential cost) out of where to park your car while you are resident with us.

On arrival you will receive a set of keys allowing you access to the Guest House and your room at any time during your stay. A full cooked breakfast is included in the price

Close to the Guest House, there are a variety of eating establishments,
ranging from a wonderful Indian restaurant, to Chinese, Thai, Italian,
bistro food, pub grub, fish and chips and a Coffee House.

Prices range from £23.00 - £45.00 per person per night.
