The villa has a fully equipped kitchen diner including: large fridge freezer, large cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, waste disposal and a full range of cooking utensils.

The living room to the front of the villa is an open plan area with dining table and chairs to seat 6. The villa has 2 dining areas providing seating for up to 10. The patio doors lead out from the living room to the large private pool and deck area; with patio table, chairs and sun loungers. The lanai has a large cover, ideal for those seeking shade. The swimming pool is completely screened to keep the bugs out, and is surrounded by decking, ideal for that all-important Florida sun tan! The pool has an electric heater for those cooler days. A fence surrounds the pool and garden to ensure complete privacy. The outdoor area has been thoughfully designed in order to allow usage the whole year round.

Master Bedroom 1 With En-Suite has a queen size bed and wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom
includes his and her sinks, vanity units, toilet, separate shower and Roman bath.

Master Bedroom 2 With En-Suite has a queen size bed, an en-suite
bathroom, wardrobe, mirror and closet.

Disney & Hollywood Legends rooms Bedrooms 3 & 4 have been beautifully upgraded as themed rooms, both with twin beds and wardrobes.
